Dr Cook is a Structural Cardiology Consultant practising at The Essex Cardiothoracic Centre, UK. His specialist clinical interest includes the delivery of evidence-based, transformative trans-catheter therapies to patients with high-risk valvular heart disease.
Dr Cook qualified Proxime Accessit Gold Medal from UCL and completed his PhD at The National Heart and Lung Institute, Imperial College London. He is an experienced researcher and is widely published in leading scientific journals.
Dr Cook and the team at Basildon recently utilised new technologies to reduce waiting lists drastically. Through the use of digital glasses, they were able to streamline their service, treat more patients and save more lives. Read more here
